Delete your BhoomiTrack account and data

You can delete your BhoomiTrack account yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to contact anyone, and you do not need permission from your company's owner.
Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)
- Open BhoomiTrack and sign in.
- Tap the account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard or home screen.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account stops working immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request it by email
If you can no longer sign in — a lost phone, a forgotten password, an uninstalled app — email [email protected] from the address or with the phone number registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my BhoomiTrack account”.
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will confirm by email when it is done.
What gets deleted

The 30-day window exists so an accidental deletion can be reversed. Within it, email the address above to restore the account. After it passes, the erasure is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is kept, and why
Your company's material records are kept — with you no longer named in them.
The material issue slips, inventory movements and audit entries in BhoomiTrack are the construction company's business records, not personal content. They are what the company relies on to settle a dispute about material that was delivered, issued or paid for.
So those rows survive your deletion, but your identity is removed from them: your name is replaced with “Deleted user” and your email and phone are cleared. Nothing in the retained records identifies you.
If you are the owner of the company account and want the entire organisation and all of its records erased — not just your own profile — say so in your email and we will delete the whole organisation.
Other retention
- Crash diagnostics collected by Firebase Crashlytics are retained for up to 90 days and then expire automatically. They contain no name, email or phone number.
- Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then rotate away.
